Mr. Mohandas Pai is a Padma Shri Awardee and former CFO and Board Member at Infosys. He is also the co-founder of Akshaya Patra, the world's largest midday meal program, and works actively with the government and regulators on policy recommendations and guidelines. He has served as the Chairman of the Board of SEBI, and is now a Board Member of the National Stock Exchange in India. He has emerged as one of India's most prolific angel investors. He has helped start over 10 different funds in venture, growth, and public markets. He also leads a private equity fund - Aarin Capital - along with Manipal Group Chairman Ranjan Pai that invests in life sciences and education companies.
Suresh Narayanan

Mr. Suresh Narayanan is the Chairman and Managing Director of Nestlé India Limited. He is also a member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company.
He has over 30 years of rich and exhaustive experience in the FMCG industry and has held senior management and top leadership roles in leading global companies. He joined the Nestlé Group in 1999 as Executive Vice President for Sales in India.
He was also assigned to Nestlé Indochina in 2003, as Executive Director for Sales, Marketing and Food Services, covering Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos and Vietnam.
Mr. Narayanan was previously chairman and CEO of Nestlé Egypt and Head of the Nestlé Business for North East African Region. He was also awarded the Medal of Commendation by the Government of Singapore in 2010, for excellence in employee relations during his stint as the Managing Director of Nestlé Singapore Pte. Ltd.
Mr. Narayanan was the Chairman and CEO of Nestlé Philippines prior to joining Nestlé India as Managing Director.

Mr. JN Gupta is the Founder and Managing Director of Stakeholders Empowerment Services. He has over 37 years of diversified professional experience in the public and private sector including BHEL, State Bank of India, Indo Gulf Fertilizers Ltd, Grasim Industries Ltd, Kazstroyservice Group, Kazakhstan etc. He has also served two terms with securities market regulator (SEBI) in India and was the SEBI nominee director on the boards of Pune and Vadodra Stock Exchange. He re-joined SEBI in July 2009 as Executive Director for a two year term and was in charge of Market Regulations, Surveillance, Derivatives and New Products departments. He was a member secretary of the Committee headed by Dr. Bimal Jalan, former Governor, RBI, to review market Infrastructure Institutions. He was also SEBI nominee on IOSCO Standing Committee, and a member of the Steering Committee of CPSS-IOSCO. He is also a member of the International Corporate Governance Network (ICGN).
Murli Balasubramaniam

Mr. B. Murli, General Counsel & Company Secretary, Nestlé India Limited, heads the Corporate Governance, Legal and Indirect Tax functions of Nestlé in the South Asia Region. He is a Fellow Member of ICSI, Chartered Financial Analyst, Associate Member of Cost and Management Accountant and a Law Graduate from the Faculty of Law, Delhi University.
Murli has 35 years of professional experience out of which the last 30 years have been with Nestlé. Besides being the Company Secretary to an eminent Board of Directors, Murli in his present role provides strong legal support to the businesses in the areas of marketing and sales strategies, business arrangements, legal risks and litigation management, statutory compliances and in several other areas connected with business. Under his leadership, Murli steered Nestlé India’s legal strategies for the relaunch of MAGGI Noodles in record time.
Sandeep Batra

A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary by qualification, Sandeep joined ICI straight after qualifying as a CA in 1988. He worked with ICI for 21 years in various business and corporate roles including running a few businesses of ICI. In 2009 he moved to Pidilite Industries as their CFO with responsibility for Finance, Legal and Secretarial functions for all the group companies in India and overseas.
In Sep 2015 he joined Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited as their CFO.
An alumni of South Point School and St. Xaviers College in Kolkata, he has deep roots in Kolkata the City of Joy. Pastimes include reading, music and golf.
Kabir Ahmed Shakir
Global CFO, Tata Communications Ltd.
Kabir Ahmed Shakir is a global finance and business leader with nearly 3 decades of leadership experience across diverse industries and geographies. He is presently the Global Chief Financial Officer for Tata Communications. In his role, he is responsible for overall finance leadership of the company including Financial Accounting & Reporting, Performance Management, MIS, Billing & Collections, Treasury, Taxation, Real Estate & Investor Relations.
Prior to Tata Communications, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Microsoft India across all their entities in India. Before Microsoft, Kabir spent 23 years with Unilever building his leadership, finance, and business acumen through a variety of different leadership roles across the globe.
He started his career with Hindustan Lever Limited in 1993 as a Management trainee spending the first ten years in various operational roles in finance, accounting, supply chain and shared services. In 2003, he was seconded to Unilever Global Treasury in Netherlands as the International Funding Director followed by a stint as Global Supply Chain Finance Director in the U.K. He came back to India in 2011 as the CFO of the Home and Personal Care business before returning to the UK in his last role as the Global CFO for the Skin care category.
Kabir is an angel investor, a board adviser and mentor to many startups. He is an avid speaker contributing his thoughts at various management and finance events and is particularly passionate to talk about technology and how it would shape the future of the finance function.

Ms. Shweta Arora is currently heading the Investor Relations function at Hindustan Zinc. She has over a decade of experience in the financial services & capital markets industry with global sell-side and buy-side firms. Her extensive experience spans across various financial transactions including pre-deal research for IPOs, FPOs, Bond offerings, Delisiting, Open offer. Her passion is to proactively engage the Investor community both on the Equity & Debt side and has lead investor communication for strategic corporate actions.
With an educational background in Engineering & MBA Finance & Marketing, she has previously worked with financial research & investments communication team of HSBC and Fidelity International before joining Vedanta group and Hindustan Zinc.
